Did they buff orc creature's or is armor bugged?

I've never been a fan of those raids personally. But the new waves are so awful to play against. I have the lady bug and mantis armor on lvl 5 and the orc bugs still make so much damage to me. It's so confusing because personally I don't think the bugs that are equal level should take 70% of your health with one hit. Maybe it's a skill issue but I remember before the latest patch the orc cricket didn't do this absurd damage. Same goes for black ants.

Any sort of clearance or help would be good because it feels so confusing. I remember there has been a bug before the patch that made earwigs do absurd damage too so maybe there's a bug with armor?
