How do you do it?

How do you get matchmaking to find teammates who actually know how to play this game? It's amazing the consistency with which it finds people who have seemingly never played their weapon before. Or have never played a ranked mode before. And then puts them on my team. Where they spend the entire match dying in 1v1 firefights.
