how do i pass this drug test?

I finally got into my nursing program at college. However i need to submit my pre clinical drug test. Bad news. it’s coming up in 2 weeks. I know. i should’ve already been quit off of weed but everytime i tried i start having vomiting spells and im terrified. i’ve cut down my smoking a LOT but not to zero. I’ve been trying to do research and I bought UPass and synthetix5 for fake piss as a last resort. Will this even work??? I feel like i have. no other choice and i am scared guys i am so scared. help please
