Anyone else struggle with the sound bleed between stages at night?
I went last year for the first time and had an overall good time, but one thing that kept bugging me was how much the sound from nearby stages overlapped once it got later in the evening. Maybe it was just where I was standing, but I felt like I couldn’t fully get into a set without hearing another one bleeding in from the side. I tried moving around a bit to find a better spot, but then you end up too far back or stuck behind a crowd that isn’t really paying attention. It kind of made it hard to decide whether to stay or just bounce between sets, which wasn’t ideal either. I’m not sure if that’s just part of the festival layout or if I was just unlucky with positioning. Do people usually have certain spots they stick to for better sound, or is it just something you learn to deal with?
