Twisted caps?

the other day I went to take my 30mg capsule and the numbers didn’t line up. i saw somewhere that if the caps/writing aren’t lined up that means someone messed with them and so far every capsule I’ve taken the numbers were lined up. I just live with my parent and no one knows Im taking meds so ik no one tht I know got to them.

also when I open them to water titrate, some of them are filled all the way and others are only like half the capsule

when I took it I didn’t feel anything like I felt as if I didn’t even take it and had to take another one. That’s been happening for a while now, today I took one with a Redbull and feel like it’s finally working.

I’ve seen other posts from ppl who’ve been on vyvanse for years talking about how they don’t work as well anymore which kinda made me question it. So my question is are they all supposed to be lined up or is it strange that that capsule wasn’t and seemed to of not worked? Or was that just a manufacturing mistake? I’m not too worried about it just thought it was weird
