What is a word that surprisingly doesn’t exist in your language?

Recently I started thinking about the Polish language and I realized that we actually don’t have a word for… toe. In Polish we say “palec u stopy”, basically “the finger of the foot”. Interestingly, that seems to be a common missing word in the Slavic family.

So my question is: what words commonly found in other languages are surprisingly absent in yours?
