Giant-something as a female character

Looking for any anime/manga where one of the major female character is a giant-something, as in a literal giant or maybe an A.I inside a giant machine (or can turn into a giant mecha). Always like that interaction writing with humans trying to interact with a female giant.

Examples I know

One Piece - has a small segment with the One Piece Fishman Island special edition (or "remaster"), having a BIG mermaid.

Chou Dokyuu Shoujo 4946 - female giant.

Code Geass: Nightmare of Nunnally - one of the female characters can turn into a giant mecha.

Kakumeiki Valvrave (Valvrave the Liberator) - one of the female characters is a mecha.

Attack on Titan - one of the female characters can turn into a giant kaijuu-like monster.

Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance
