Has anyone ever quit J1 but kept J2?

More recently J1 has picked up to where I feel like I’m in meetings all day everyday. J2 is the sweet spot although they calling themselves a family (to me it’s code for lacking boundaries lol). I was just curious if others quit their J1 and how they showed it on their resume when applying for other opportunities?
