wuthering heights 2026 movie x missed miscarriage

I was shocked that cathy died of a missed miscarriage (she does die in the book with postpartum complications). as someone that has experienced a missed miscarriage I was surprised how many of my female friends didn't even know what it was. I hope this cracks the door slightly more open to having more discussion and knowledge, because the experience has changed my life and i was forced into having surgery because my body wouldn't 'pass' my lifeless baby (even after multiple medication doses) and if i was alive in the 1850's i could have died of sepsis too.
