Bridges series belong to the left of a merging area, half-bridges series to its right

As series need more than one iteration to merge, a "merging area" is the area containing several iterations in which series merges occur.
The figure below uses the numbers of the one in the post mentioned above mod 48. Chevrons on the left part of the 5-tuples have been removed for emphasis. In fact, chevrons go on to the left border.
Note that the numbers mod 48 in the chevrons change when approaching the 5-tuples series.
