Confused

So today I checked my portal as usual to check if there is any update on my UCAS and I see my offer is declined by The University of Edinburgh and the reason is the I was not able to provide the information in the given time. But the thing is I provided them all of the data and I never received any mail from them regarding this.
So what should I do now?
Should I contact the admission office, should I call them or email them.
I am really sad because it was one of my dream courses. My final exams are also going on and I am really stressed because of them and now this.
Please let me know.
