How long after quitting 7-OH will regular opioids have an effect?

Quit 7-OH for 10 days or so, got back on for another week or so. Was taking between 60-100 mgs a day. Still felt mild euphoria and pain relief. Been off it for about 48 hours now, minus low dose powder (3-4 grams of weak smoke shop capsules) for sleep last night. Got a wisdom teeth surgery tomorrow, will the hydros they give me be effective?
