Looking for a fanfiction [Twilight]

Hey, I'm looking for a Twilight fanfic I was reading about a year ago. It was about an original Japanese protagonist who was turned into a vampire long before the main story and hunted vampires to the point that many regular vampires considered him an urban legend. It starts with two vampires talking about this legend when they spot a drunk and decide to attack him, unaware that it's actually a trap set by the protagonist. The protagonist then kills them, but not before hearing that there are vampires in the town where the Cullens live, so he decides to go there, to Forks. At first, he doesn't know who they are, so he spends most of the first Twilight book looking for clues and information about them, but they never actually meet face to face. I only read up to the end of the first book because the author took a break and I lost the fanfic.
