Just Need Some Advice!

Just need some advice about Senior Band 7. I have made a tiny mistake but was down the hallway in public space and Senior told me off from down the corridor in public view saying going to report you and feel humiliated and my ocd is driving me crazy replaying it over again in my head. I did not respond back because felt trapped and in public view. If this carrys on what should I do?
