Non-alcoholic drinks on Symphony of the Seas?

I don't drink much alcool, but I like to order non-alcoholic drinks when available (I'm not talking about beer).

I'll be sailing on Symphony of the Seas in two weeks for the first time with RC and I've been looking at the menus of bars where I think I'd like to hang out (for example Shooner Bar).

On the menu, I don't see any non-alcoholic drinks, only two non-alcoholic beers. However, when looking at the menu of Copper & Kettle Pub, there are 5 non-alcoholic drinks.

I have two questions :

1- Can I ask for these non-alcoholic drinks at bars where they are not on the menu?

2- Can I ask to the bartender if he can do another sort of non-alcoholic drinks? Because I might get bored of always drinking the same 5 cocktails :)
