So, I'm sure you've heard of hyperspermia before. It's a pretty rare and problematic condition. Producing large amounts of seman is no joke. Worse, though, is how it throws your hormones out of wack. Making you hornier and causing your cock and balls to become larger to the point of discomfort unless dealt with. Usually on a daily basis.

However, what most people don't know is that there is a much rarer variant of it. One that can be even worse for the person who has it. While they don't have a clinical name for it, the common term used by most medical professionals is "Hypnosperia."

What is Hypnospermia you ask? Well, it's a lot like hyperspermia. Someone diagnosed with hypnospermia will find an increase in hormones, develop unusually large amounts of seman to the point of discomfort, enlarged balls and sometimes cocks. However, where hypnospermia differs is its more... unique effects.

Like, for one, those who suffer from the condition find themselves overproducing pheromones. While humans do produce pheromones on their own, the ones caused by hypnospermia are (for lack of a better term) supercharged. They effect a much larger radius and, in enclosed spaces, become incredibly condensed. Those who inhale the pheromones become incredibly horny within minutes of inhaling them and they will start to enter a dreamy, lustful state. One where their minds fill with their deepest, sexual fantasies. Their bodies become warm, needy, and a desire to be with the person producing the pheromones starts to take over. All logic and reason will be thrown out the window as their need to be fucked by the one producing pheromones takes over.

Here I should also note two things. These pheromones are gender specific, but in a very... unique way.

Women, whomen AMAB, fem leaning nonbinary people and feminine men will desire to be with the pheromone producer. Their minds will find themselves incapable of seeing them as anything other than the perfect partner and will engage with them sexually.

As for men, men who are AFAB, and masculine leaning non-binary people, they will perceive the pheromone producer as someone superior to them. They will start to feel inadequate, undesirable, and will make attempts to bring feminine partners to the pheromone producer.

It should be noted that sexual orientation plays no part in these sudden feelings. Those who inhale these pheromones, regardless of sexual orientation, will become affected by them.

Second, the created by this condition will also begin to change, creating a unique effect. If anyone comes in contact with the sperm (be it skin contact, orally, anally or via the vagina,) will fall into a trance like state of euphoria. Their minds will be totally open, receptive and incredibly suggestable. All information will be taken as "truth" regardless of any contradictions or pervious knowledge. This state can last from a few seconds to several minutes to possibly HOURS depending on application, intake and repeated uses.

Now, while this all seems like a sexual fantasy come true, this is still a serious medical condition. One that often is a detriment to those who have it. Going into public is often dangerous for the person involved and those around them. At best, it can result in awkward situations with total strangers. At worse, it can result in a dangerous stampede of people attempting to get at the person with the condition resulting in injury or fatality.

All of this is to say... well, as you may habe guessed, this is my life. A life with very little interaction with people. A life that is often behind a screen of some sort. One that requires my own air filtration system, constant surveillance and my right hand to keep me company. Life is total hell for me.

...though, maybe it doesn't have to be?

-----------------------

TL;DR: My character has a condition that makes him have lots of sperm that can hypnotize people and pheromones that... also... hypnotize people

Would love to find someone willing to play this out! I can see this going in a lot of different ways. Maybe my character ends up getting new doctor who wants to study his effect on people. Maybe a new neighbor who was ill-informed about my condition attempts to introduce themselves. Maybe my character says "Fuck It!" and attempt to rejoin society (or even conquer it!) Heck, I'm even open to some real out there things! Happy to make this as weird as possible. Ultimately, I'm open for anything and would love to hear your ideas!
