Immediate House buying query !!

Is it wise to buy an apartment which is a B khata property. Have some money because my ancestral property got sold, need to invest somewhere in real estate (parents wish). The apartment is B khata because builder has build some extra floors but land is A khata. My entire budget is 1crore (including loans) so can’t find any other gated community etc.

The rental income is good as I have asked the tenants of same building.

Have anyone purchased B khata properties let me know how’s your experience.
