Based on a standard 914-6, Giorgetto Giugiaro's Porsche Tapiro was a 1970s wedge concept that debuted at the Turin Motor Show at the dawn of that decade. It was later shown at the Los Angeles Imported Automobile and Sports Car Show in 1971, where it was purchased. It met a mysterious and fiery end.
