Mandatory effect with Enneacraft

Hello i wantto build an enneacraft deck and i want more information concerning mandatory effect with : Ekto Enneacraft - "tromarIA"

FLIP: Negate the effects of 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls, until the end of this turn.
When your opponent activates a card or effect that includes an effect that Special Summons a monster(s) (Quick Effect): You can change this face-down card to face-up Defense Position; add 1 "Enneacraft" card from your Deck to your hand. 

I will give you an example :

(opponent turn my monster is alredy set) my opponent use branded opening to summon Aluber the Jester of Despia and i chain the second effect of my monster to flip it face up.

New chain since I have a mandatory effect it should go like this :

CH1 : I must negate aluber

CH2 : aluber effect to search

I want to know if this is how it should go because if it goes as i described then this deck suck.
