Sales Incentive Software

Hey guys,

Looking for ideas or recommendations on what others are doing for commission/incentive tracking and calculation.

As we have grown our business we have evolved into having a sales incentive program that has four different buckets or earning opportunities for our reps. These buckets are unique to the individual reps.

For example, one bucket could be gross profit margin, where a rep has a quarter-to-quarter goal of maintaining X gross margin, and they receive an incentive amount from that bucket if they maintain it.

Currently we have this all built out in Bright Gauge leveraging a custom SQL database where we have this data as well as pull the sales data from CW Manage.

However, BrightGauge is not the most flexible platform out there for this type of use. Worked well when we had a simple commission plan that applied uniformly across the board.

Wondering if anyone has experience with any commission or incentive software that integrates with MS SQL (for CW Manage data).

We are very verse in SQL, so not worried about a learning curve to integrate or build out to match our current structure.
