Advice on Face Presets for random townies

Does anyone have advice on what settings to tweak for randomly generated townie faces?

Very important to note: I do have lazy duchess' random sim fix, simler90's gameplay core mod, bunch of sliders, all preset default overrides by Kwimii (eye shape, headshape etc) although I have been thinking of switching to Nocucentil's face presets

1 or 2 of the sims aren't bad looking but they all seemingly spawn with huge noses and some of the proportions are a bit off.

Additionally (not sure if relevant), I'm playing in the New Zealand inspired world called Queens Town which is an unpopulated save, so I'm banking on the game to create sims to fill the world (on that note if you have any really pretty medium sized world recommendations with save files please let me know!)
