Saturday Morning Slam SuperStars 64!!! What If TV Cartoons/Children's Channel Cartoons Made Super Smash Bros in 1999? Part 3

Community fighting game roster

Optimus Prime and Agent J join the fight!

The “Transformers” and the “Men In Black: The Series” IPs join the roster!

Today’s Fighter slots are 5 and 6, replacing Yoshi (Yoshi) and Kirby (Kirby) respectively:

Fighter 5 must be from a new IP. This IP will replace the Yoshi IP. The Yoshi IP is a IP related to the Super Mario IP, there's a few disney related tv shows to the Mickey Mouse IP, so it's optional (Note: The Yoshi IP only has one fighter, so keep that in mind).
Fighter 6 must be from a new IP. This IP will replace the Kirby IP (Note: The Kirby IP has 3 fighters, so keep that in mind).
Must be Characters who have appeared in Cartoon TV Shows Or shorts that were broadcasted on tv in cartoon/children/family channels.
As for the Cartoons based on pre existing media, they are counted, but if that ip has mutiple cartoon adaptions, you have to choose one specific cartoon adaption.
As for the guests, which we will cover once we reach brawl, they will be Live Action Shows broadcasted in the said cartoon channels, and once you submit these, please write which channels they were broadcasted on.
The two characters in the most upvoted comment wins.
No Ties and/or Downvotes.

Have Fun!!!
