Are Prerequisites for DO Schools Negotiable?

Hi there. I am a 25-year-old nontraditional pre-med (statistics major) student that will take postbachelor in May this year and will get a few more credits for most DO/MD schools, but there are 3 schools that my credits don't meet their prerequisites, which all require 4 credits of advanced biology plus 8 credits of biology with labs. I have taken 3 credits of general biology with no lab in postbachelor and will take 4 credits of general biology with lab and 4 credits of advanced biology, so I will miss 1 credit. I really don't have much time for one more class because I need to do more shadowings and volunteers and prepare for MCAT. I am a 4th author of a sci article about medicine by contributing statistics works. Is it negotiable, assuming that I will get 126+ for B/B on MCAT? I took a graduate-level biostatistics class in bachelor. Will DO schools take it since I only miss by 1 credit? Thanks.

By the time I graduated from postbachelor, I will have 11 credits of biology (2 credits of lab, 6 credits of elementary biology lecture, 3 credits of advanced biology lecture), 8 credits of organic chemistry (2 credits of lab and 6 credits of lecture), 8 credits of general chemistry (2 credits of lab and 6 credits of lecture), 11 credits of physics (2 credits of lab, 9 credits of lecture), 4 credits of biochemistry (1 credit of lab, 3 credits of lecture), 3 credits from AP psychology, 3 credits of anthropology, 6 credits of writing-based English, numerous of statistics, math and computer science.
