Raid is too easy:problem pls help

Hey guys, I've been playing my own server as normal difficulty. And I had a few raid potions, so I drank it in my village.

The world is normal difficulty. JAVA edititon.

When I start the raid, the number of illegers is very little. Way less than anybody else. Of course, winning the raid was actually easier than killing a creeper with bare hands.

Anyway, does anybody think there is some problem? Or it is normal?
