Do 90% gold Libertads contain 1 oz of gold?

Title says it all but I’m just wondering if the 90% coins from the 80’s and 90’s contain an ounce of gold plus some silver or copper like an eagle does or if it weighs an ounce and 90% of that weight is gold?
