Parents, what do you feel that you have learned from working with teachers?

Hello, I am a (18y/o) college student who is studying to become a kindergarten teacher. In one of my classes I have an assignment requiring me to ask parents questions about their relationship with their children’s teachers.

As the title says, what do you feel that you have gained and learned from working with your children’s teachers? Do you feel like you can work well with them? Do you feel that working with teachers has helped you become a better parent? Do you feel that your relationship with the teacher has affected your child in any way? Do you feel they behave differently due to the relationship?
