trying to make multiple stackable protections

So im trying to make the protection 5 god armor. i saw an image only of a turtle sheel helmet with multiple enchantments of protection. it had:

Protection IV

Protection III

Protection III

Protection III

Protection I

Protection I

i know that in snapshot 12w49a you can enchant armor with any level 5 enchantment like effeciency V and then open 18w22b after renaming them in 18w21a and it turns the effeciency V on a chestplate into protection V.

In that snapshot any enchantment will be turned into protection.

the thing is in 12w49a i can only enchant the armor with one enchantment and i wanted to enchant it with more to get multiple types of protection on it when i convert it into the newer snapshot. is there a way to enchant the chestplate in survival with other enchants and also with a level 5 enchantment? I know it gets to a point were it doesn't matter because you reach the protection cap but it would be cool to get a set of armor like that.
