Issue adjusting meds

Hello usually i take 1/2 of 5 mg olonzapine and since i wake up at the middle of the night because i took one pill of abilify before now i am on olonzapine and i take 1 pill instead of 1/2 pills to help with me waking up in the middle of the night the problem is i am really tired with 1 pill of olonzapine i have no energy should i continue to take 1 pill of olonzapine or go back to 1/2 pill like i used to take? Thanks
