"For dust you are and to dust you will return."

How often does this show up in the bible? I imagine this is the first curse said in the bible where YHWH damns humanity to suffer death as a consequence of the first sin, right?

"כִּי עָפָר אַתָּה וְאֶל עָפָר תָּשׁוּב"
