Children’s book with ant/aunt Selina

I think my parents read us this book in the early/mid ‘80s - but it could have been something from their childhoods in the ‘50s.

All my sister and I can remember is the line that became a household saying “oh dear, oh dear and shaking my head! That’s what ant/aunt Selina said”

I’m 50/50 on if she was an ant/aunt

We thought maybe Raggedy Ann/Andy, but I can’t find evidence of that.
