Digitakt2 & FX sends -> ableton

Hey everyone.

When I am making music on the digitakt2 I record some sounds from my synths and then sometimes shape the sound with FX in the digitakt2.

When I am tracking our the channels of the finished song to Ableton I get one track that is all the send FX together, which is how it works as of my understanding. This of course isn't helpful at all. I could not aply any FX in the digitakt and just do it in the end in Ableton but I like the process and the shaping of sound while creating on the digitakt2.

I thought about resampling everything with the FX, like every track, when I am finished but I don't know if it is correct thinking.

How do you do it, the more experience than me users? How do you pass your tracks to Ableton along with the fx?
