High lipase milk 🫨

I’m about to lose my mind seriously

Ok so baby girl is not interested in her milk anymore. Getting any amount into her is a struggle. My fiancé tasted it tonight and said it’s soapy/ chemically. Google says this could be high lipase. The milk he tasted was pumped yesterday for drinking today, the milk I have pumped today for tomorrow tastes fine. SO if going forwards I feed her freshly pumped milk do you think it usually tastes ok? Like if it hasn’t been in the fridge for long? I rang the health visitor feeding hotline and the woman was like???? She’d never heard of breast milk tasting soapy before. I’m losing my mind.

Oh and I’m pretty sure it’s not soap residue in the bottles. I mean sure it could be but I rinse them out after washing and sterilising.
