What console has the highest percentage of weird games in its library?

Weird question, but I’m genuinely curious.

As a collector, I gravitate toward niche and unconventional stuff. Some consoles feel like they have a way higher ratio of bizarre, experimental, or just plain “what were they thinking?” games compared to others.

I’m not asking which console has the most weird games overall — I mean by percentage of its total library. All regions counted!
