Faceless YouTube creators — what's the most painful part of making videos? (Research, not selling anything)

Hey everyone, I'm a 20 year old developer researching problems that faceless creators face with video creation. I'm not selling anything or promoting a tool. I'm genuinely trying to understand what's broken in your workflow before I even think about building something. A few questions if you have 2 minutes: What takes the longest when creating a video? Which tools do you use and what do you hate about them? If you could wave a magic wand and fix one thing about your content creation process, what would it be? Any honest answer helps.
