What is happening in Daraa?

I’ve heard that there is clashes between tribes or something similar, that there is pro Israeli people in Daraa, and I’ve seen from telegram groups photos of clashes and Israeli raised. Are these rumours or what is going on, I haven’t seen news talking about this?
