Any tips for picking up jobs? (New to subbing)

Hello, I just got access to Frontline to start accepting jobs! However, every time I get a notification that someone has already taken the job it seems. I heard about sub alert and tried it but it’s the same result.

Do you have any tips for picking up jobs?
