Miscarriage after already having kids

So I just recently had my first miscarriage after already successfully having kids. Mentally, the actual, passing was difficult but I was able to be like compartmentalize it quickly (was only 7 weeks along so still very early, before even my first appt). What is just really getting in my head is all this, after. The smells. The contractions. The bleeding. I’m just… I think just because I’ve had kids already it’s all the same feelings as post partum but… there’s no baby. Idk it just feels so…. Idk. Haunting I guess. Just wondering about how long this seems to last the window online is so vast and just wondering if anyone else who has had this happen has a realistic timeframe from someone who’s experienced it.
