Question for mods. Can I post a game idea for a dev to take on?

Without having given details about the game itself, I haven't been able to find a dev who doesn't want upfront payment. I don't care about making money from it myself – I'd just like this wordgame to see the light of day as I think the concept is good. Would I be OK to post here in the hope that someone will take it on for themselves? My involvement would be explaining the game itself and making suggestions as it develops. All I would like in return is in-game acknowledgement as the concept creator.

As an aside, if I'm granted permission should I invite private contact to explain it all or should I do so in my post?

Thank you.
