Bike Gonorrhea?

It's sad to mention but I had to put my bike in storage for the winter. My brother had the audacity to have my specialized diverge sport carbon lean on his BSO for last couple months. Was curious if my bike could lose wattage from this? Any kind of bike antibiotics I need to do before going above 18mph? Thanks in advance.
