It seems that the app from being here works 1 out of 5 times on Petro Canada. If you have points, it almost feels like it was designed to fail so that people cannot access it. You cant access the site for the barcode to scan or redeem, so that supports the initial flaw/argument of it. Do people here actually try with these poiints?

Then you have banks like Scotiabank that deliberatley make you repeat what you said after calmy explaining it in the most kind and ged way to understand it to irriate you. And then put you on hold for literally 1 to 3 hours [yes im not making that up, i drove from quebec city to montreal and was on hold using my phone. Then when you try to call back they hang up on you.
