My hp reverb g2 v2 doesn't work

Hello,

I am posting this message because I am really out of options.

I bought an HP Reverb G2 V2 headset at auction that was listed as functional and in good condition.

I received the headset and cannot get it to work.

I'm on a laptop with a 4070 and a 12th gen i7.

When I plug in the headset, the Windows sound works, the power cable indicator lights up, but the HP logo on the headset doesn't. I downloaded the Oasis drivers from Steam, and when I run the unlocking process, I get this message:

Result: 0

then the message : i can't find the HDMI/DisplayPort Connection to your headset after many attempts

but i tried to unplung and plug againt the link , nothings working please help !
