Side effects after 1.5 years?

Hey all. I am on 10 mg and am considering 7.5 since I’ve exceeded my goal. I had the worst night of stomach pain and vomiting last night. I’ve never had a reaction to my shot so I’m wondering if that’s it. The one thing I did different yesterday was put my shot in my thigh instead of my stomach since I will be having a TT at the end of March. But also, yesterday I had a piece of pizza and that’s not the norm. Part of my paranoia is wondering if it’s a gallbladder thing. I don’t want to get my dream stomach and then have to have a bunch of holes put in it to remove my gallbladder after all this time. I’d love to hear your thoughts or learn of your experiences.
