Dull, not constant abdominal pain in one specific spot

27, 5'10" 160lb, white male.

The last couple of days, I've had an on-and-off, dull ache in one small spot in my abdomen. It's just under my ribcage on the left side. Doesn't feel digestive, not affected by eating. Doesn't hurt any more when I poke and prod myself around the area. It's never very painful and never lasts very long, but it's a peculiar feeling. I drink roughly every day, but not to excess. Not on any prescription medication, but I had a cold recently during which I cleared an 8oz bottle of Dayquil.

Does this sound familiar to anybody? Thanks!
