Yamaha warranty conditions?

So I have a 2025 Yamaha r125 with an aftermarket exhaust, it’s being sent in for a battery replacement under warranty but i was wondering if the exhaust would void every repair or just certain ones not affecting the battery if you get what i mean, sorry if it’s a dumb question im a newish rider and have never had to deal with this type of stuff before.
