Suboptimal flight conditions tomorrow

I met a major milestone in my fear of flying last week when I flew from the US to Istanbul in two flights with no antianxiety meds. I had my family (husband and teenage son) seated with me and no real turbulence until coming into Istanbul. Tough, but I made it! I'm leaving Istanbul tomorrow morning. There will be clouds and moderately heavy wind, so I'm thinking it will be a bumpy takeoff. We scheduled our vacation last-minute, and we aren't going to be sitting together on this one. I'm thinking maybe I need to go ahead and take my anxiety meds before the takeoff. What would you all do?
