Panicking. Please help.

Hey all. I’m 12 weeks today, a few hours ago I went to the bathroom to pee, when I wiped there was red spotting. I’ve checked ever since and it has been red spotting when inserting tissue, not upon wiping.

I don’t have any cramping that’s out of the ordinary, I have lower back pain but I often have that.

Anyone else experience anything similar? The blood is nowhere near to soak a pad, it’s basically little spots on the toilet paper. I also checked baby’s heart beat on my Doppler and have gotten good readings.
