Xbox Crashing issue [KCD2]

My Xbox series x version of the game, after 10-40 minutes of playtime will crash. The game will running fine and then pause for a split second (like it's loading Something up or trying to initiate a save), and then after a couple seconds it'll crash and take me to the Xbox home dashboard. I did notice that something is causing some audio que to clip in the background (example would be the crackling of flames skipping 1 second of audio. Like it's quickly being paused and then unpaused or something). No idea if that is a unrelated bug or what. I've been seeing people complain about this issue (or similar crashing issue on other platforms). Anyone have a idea of a fix or if warhorse plans on pushing a patch out at one point?
