I am literally losing my mind , my rheumatologist who I’ve had since August 2025 who diagnosed me with lupus based off symtoms I didnt like that so had a second opinion by the “ head Rheumatologist “ at káiser she ultimatly diagnosed with Sjogrens and lupus and then she said she’s not taking patients so I have to go back to the other doctor to start looking into treatments. I am allergic to Arava and ￼plaquenil caused low heart rate and fainting episodes since those didn’t work she said let’s leave it alone for now see how you do .. I had to quit my job , I’m bed ridden most days, I’m in pain all day everyday, the brain fog don’t even get me started on dry mouth , skin , nose my hair is falling out. Anyway, I hit up the rheum begging for more blood work to be done because I know there has to be something else going on with how bad I feel and this is the email. She responded with mind you I’ve only ever seen her aside from getting the second opinion that diagnosed the Sjogren’s. Did she not even look at my file before responding? I am her patient. I have two autoimmune diseases and she recommends testing for them again ???  I don’t have rheumatoid arthritis that’s been ruled out. I don’t mind doing more bloodwork to check everything out, but the fact she completely forgot ihate káiser and can’t change insurances and this is the only hospital around me that has rheumatology
