Do high winds affect snorkeling excursions?

My wife and I are visiting Aruba for the first time next weekend, forecast says 25-30 mph winds most days we are there. We definitely want to take a snorkel excursion and a sunset sail. Any issues with the high winds? Seems like it’s always windy.

If anyone has any suggestions for companies would love to hear them, more adult oriented would be preferred.
