Hyundai Theft Settlement - Denied Claim

I filed a claim as soon as I could. I received an initial determination in April 2025 stating I had insufficient proof of qualifying loss. I emailed asking for specific feedback, and was told they couldn't provide that, I would just have to "try again". I was careful to include **everything** and received a new initial determination January 29, 2026 that I was still insufficient and so my claim had been denied and I have until March 15 to appeal. I emailed again, and was just given a form email about how to appeal. I called, and was told they would escalate the issue and I'd receive a phone call back within 10 business days. I didn't. I called back, and was told I should've received an email stating I was now approved (I didn't). I logged into the claim portal and while I was approved, I was approved for ZERO DOLLARS. I called again, and was told I'd receive a call back within 4 days. I didn't. And it still says 0.00.

Any suggestions? Has anybody had any success with this? I really don't understand why the claim administrators - who are tasked with helping class action lawsuit members obtain the money they deserve - seem so disinterested in actually getting money to those members. They owe me a lot of money, and I have invested significant time into getting it back, and I'm frustrated and exasperated. I don't really know what to do at this point.
